Zero issues since new - I got a good one.

What I suggest Ktuner consider for the future: Tweak the programming to avoid "chirping" of the tires, as one forum member had a local tuning shop do for his car with Ktuner. After my ECU was reprogrammed by the V2, it took less than 2 miles before the lane keep assist, etc.

Then, when the V2 has been programmed from KTuner's website, the car should be in accessory mode to program the ECU.
ACURA TL KTUNER ETUNES INSTALL
When installing: The Ktuner instructions and install videos don't state it, but the car must be running to lock the V2 (or V1.2). Obvious broad power band when accelerating. That was most important to me, especially when pulling out into traffic from a stop. That's why you can't make a one to one comparison with Hondata (per my understanding). Also, keep in mind that Hondata is "+6 psi", but that is over whatever the car is producing, which (according to those that have tested the stock turbo boost) is lower than one expects (e.g. In normal driving (non-Econ) mode, the turbo will produce 21 psi, the max pressure I want to put the car under. When you press Econ, the turbo produces factory boost (actual factory boost targets achieved). I installed the Ktuner V2 Dual Tune of base/21 PSI. Hondata (from what I know of Hondata - not having bought and installed one).

Ktuner has more "content" in their base tunes vs. After reviewing the (excellent and extensive) review by GTMan, I went with Ktuner.
